Preparation of quality documents and quality file
We offers as part of the quality management of the project also the preparation of the quality documents and the quality file of the project.
The quality file of the project is required to include a full documentation of the control of the entire project from start to finish.
The following is an example of the totality of documents required to be in the quality portfolio for the production of a steel construction structure:
- Drawings are approved for execution.
- Project Quality Plan (ITP’s).
- Certificates of the quality of the raw material (plates, profiles, screws and more).
- Approved welding processes (WPS’s + PQR’s).
- Certifications welders.
- Certificates of the quality of the welded material.
- Non-destructive testing procedures such as: visual inspections (VT), magnetic inspections (MT), penetrating color (PT) tests, ultrasound tests (UT), radiography tests (RT).
- Non-destructive test reports.
- Inspection certifications for tests without destruction.
- Map of welds.
- Screw closure reports.
- Measurement reports.
- Procedures for painting.
- Coloring reports.
- Discrepancy reports.
- Procedure for preparation for delivery.
- Audit reports in the process of acceptance reports.
The following is an example of all the documents that are required to be in the quality file for the production of a pressure tank:
- Drawings are approved for execution.
- Calculations.
- Quality program.
- ROUTING CARD (TRAVELER).
- Map of welds.
- Certificates of quality of the raw material + complete traceability after cutting the raw material.
- Certificates of the quality of the welding material
- Certified welding processes (WPS’s + PQR’s)
- Certifications welders.
- Non-destructive testing procedures such as: visual inspections (VT), magnetic inspections (MT), penetrating color (PT) tests, ultrasound tests (UT), radiography tests (RT).
- Non-destructive test reports.
- Inspection certifications for tests without destruction.
- Pressure test reports + pressure gauge reports.
- Discrepancy reports.
- Data report from the manufacturer for the pressure tool (MDR).
- Coloring procedure.
- Coloring reports.
- Release letter.
In conclusion: the preparation of the quality portfolio of the project is required to be carried out in a meticulous manner from the beginning of the project to its completion.
